The last song of the story mode tips

I am having trouble with clearing the last song of the story mode as it is a very fast pace song with all random buttons and I can never get pass a E on "Easy" and I always Fail

I am using a Switch Pro controller and I did try to speed up and slow down the song but I am just not filling up the music bar to an acceptable level to clear it.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Yes I absulutely agree to you in this matter. The last song from the landlady is just insanely fast, which prevents us from finishing the story mode and unlocking the Extra option as well. But I think devs are probably looking into this since this is undoubtly a minor bug in rhythm gameplay design that needs to be fixed. Hopefully the update'll be delivered soon.

What were your settings when you cleared it? I feel like I am not getting anywhere. I guess I will just wait for an update. I will just re-play the story or just go into challenge mode for fun without the extra options.

I both tried using standard and slow song speed, but I guess the lower speed you play, the worse it gets since there's problem with the song sync when it comes to this level of difficulty. Faster speed might help with the spamming technique, but it'd make the long notes hard to get, based on my gameplay experience.

Update note: Qureate said they have lower the clear condition of Easy difficulty in Story mode for those who are not good at rhythm game in the latest patch. Guess our voices are heard finally, yay!

I think you just update the game through Steam as usual, since I got an 2.4MB update earlier today. You can also check their official Twitter post for the patch note detail.

Not sure if this is a post patch thing or not. But I feel like originally to get S rank you would need to get 100K points, but today on the final song I got S rank with only 99K, which still was pretty difficult and only got there via NTR mode bonus.

i know this has nothing to do with this discussion but it will be great if someone upload a guide of how to get every ending just saying tho

The last song killed my enjoyment of this game. I am still unable to clear it even though they said they lowered the bar to do so in Easy. Apparently, you need 71000 to get D rank to pass from what I read in twitter on that update tweet.

Try use keyboard instead of joy controller, it may be work. Left hand use W-A-S-D tabs and right hand use arrow key (up-down-left-right). I have used these configuration along with adjust note speed around 8, 8.5 and 9 depend on each difficult level. 1-7 level, use 8 speed, 8-9 level, use 8.5-9 speed and 10 level, use 9 speed.

Thanks for your tips, I was able to clear it as they lowered the difficulty finally!
