Lola’s letter from Via Corolla(sp?) not saving in backpack.

Hi, is anyone els having issues with some items not saving to the backpack? 1 example:
I’ve been to Via Corolla(sp?)three times to get Lola’s letter and it won’t save to my backpack so I can deliver it to the pawn shop. Please help!

Hi!

My partner recently discovered while playing this mission that when you store the mission item in your backpack, it is hidden underneath the walkie talkie. Remove the walkie talkie and you'll see it tucked into the middle slot, as the walkie talkie takes up 2 slots (visually) so it's easy to miss the item.
