Performance issues?
If your having performance issues check your video settings, might sound stupid to you but my dumb ass didn't check until now and everything was on ultra. Once I put everything on high there was no more terrible fps.

Also, in the NVIDIA Control Panel go to Manage 3D settings and scroll to Low Latency Mode and make sure it is set to Ultra. I think it defaults to Off and I'm now quite confident that changing it to Ultra is what fixed my issues.

Just goes to show this is either ai or they only read the titles and just copy and paste their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, they don't care.
