no progress in bourbon street mission

no matter what i do and how long i search the mission still says "find out what happened here"....i started this mission already like 15 times but cant seem to complete it

The last tower enemy killed will drop a map which you have to pick up, then you have to look to look at the 2 question marks, one in where the truck was and the other in the room with the power panel. you probably missed the map. look around.

if that doesnt work, it could be possible your game is bugged. it happened to me before, twice. youd have to restart the whole mission if thats the case

I had this too, looked around for ages and could not find what I was supposed to do. Tried again and ended up at the empty truck garage near the generator at the end, and this time there were a couple of things to investigate, and then it told me wait for a call on the walkie-talkie or something, then I was able to leave on the skiff and the story continued. This mission definitely seems to get stuck sometimes.
