Armored walkers

Is the a way to kill the heavily armored walkers without explosives?

Yeah I found angling the nova shotgun so it points under their neck to work, takes 2 or 3 goes usually

They die the same way the human ones do. Their armor is thick and they're problematic in groups, but shoot them in the head a few times and they go down. Toss explosives at them and they go down. The elephant gun is the most efficient gun for headshots and will kill with just one bullet but shooting them in the head with any gun will kill them, too. It just takes more shots.

They need to make it so the neck is a weak point, it makes no sense that we cannot shoot up under the helmet or stab up under it or even decapitate them if we angle it just right

Instead of nova, use chicago or fat tuesday. 1 shot will kill armored human or walker of all types.
