BUG (SOLVED): Bolt Cutter exile mission missing trading crates

The mission where you meet the exile traders for the first time to get the bolt cutters is bugged where the trading crates are missing. Also the conversation skips past the part to give the trader the flyers and continues on as if you gave it to them.

I had that crate problem too, but the next time I showed up there with the stuff she asked for later they were there. Didn't have the flyers issue, but weirdly enough the flyers were showing up on some maps even though I hadn't given them to her as of the fourth in-game week because I'd been focusing on the trade network.

Thanks! I realized the problem was that I came with the items to fulfill the exile order before they requested it so it jumped the dialog to the second meeting which messed up everything. I'm able to progress now.

Thank you for your help. I ran into the same problem today, i brought all of the items for the first meet and the game bugged. But when i went to the exile trader without the items everything solved. Thank you!
