Where or how to get the Sticky Proximity Bomb?

I need this to complete Via Corolla's Exile order. I've tried killing guards but none drop it. And it must be completed before I search for someone there at night for another mission, else Via Corolla will not have an Exile market. I've already replayed this twice just to get this completed in this order.

You need a recipe for it. You can make them at your base in the same set of recipes as the nail bomb and the knives.

Keep killing humans it will eventually drop off them I believe tower and reclaimed both have a chance to drop it but don't quote me on that just keep your eyes out for pieces of paper that fall out of dead humans

Third time killing everyone at Bastion finally worked, someone dropped the recipe. Thanks! I wish I didn't have to do that as it's totally against my playstyle.
