good question.
I'm not confused. I know the difference as I own a Quest 3, I was questioning if the Steam version had it because the way Humble Bundle was advertising the Mixed Reality update as part of the game in their bundle.

Quest 3 game dev always add this "MR Update" when they add this feature
Broken edge already support MRC on Steam way before this MR AR quest 3 thing
you can always check here to see if the game support for mixed reality capture or not
https://www.liv.tv/games
well, the Broken Edge listed here as supported game for LIV MRC
Says new features coming to Meta Quest 3. Assuming it means native Quest version of the game and the Steam VR version (which Humble is advertising in the bundle) does not have these Mixed Reality features for Quest 3. Not the LIV version which requires 3rd party software for a different function (capture not gameplay).
PCVR version of the game usually use "LIV SUPPORT" term if they add a mixed reality capture feature on their game
