Tower Tier List

As the best Isle of Arrows player ever, I felt it was my duty to provide a tier list for the towers.

This does not include variants of the same towers (with water or garden attached, etc.)

Some of these towers will move up or down in position based on timing of when you get them. For instance, a poison trap on wave 3, when you barely have a path, is pretty useless. But on turn turn 20+ when you can loop enemies out and around to get poisoned multiple times, it is S-tier.

Pretty good

For myself:
S-Tier: Ornate and Poison I agree. Move Fire Blast up from A. A Fire Blast on the field is easy to place usually across 2 lanes and usually adds significant breathing space making it S-tier. Rips down so much health on all units.

A-Tier: Moat Tower, Sniper, Ballista, Spike Trap And Petal AND Ring Tower.
- While Petal is open - and you can usually place it so it will be for 85% of the time - its pretty strong.
- Maybe because I love placing Spikes with 3 or 4 sides and can usually do so I find it very, very welcome.
- Ballista needs considered placement but does the trick very well.
- Also, because I dont find Rings ring is hard to track my path it tends to always deliver needed damage.

B-Tier: Cannon, Boulder, Loop, Dart and Cluster

C-Tier: Ice Trap, Geyser, Arrow


A couple of notable combos:
- As you mention loop back on Poison trap is big
- 3 or 4 sided spike trap I like
- ice trap on the first tile of boulder spreads slow
- ice trap with cannon will slow the mid range speed units to hit them with cannon

Arrow tower in tier D is simply wrong.
It is an indispensable unit in every early game.

If you would choose Arrow tower over any of the towers above it, you are playing sub optimally. If you are claiming it is better than D just because it is the only option you are given in the early game... then you don't understand what a Tier list is. Either way, you are wrong.

Dear Jay, as i don't have any proof i highly doubt the amount of truth in the statement of being "the best Isle Of Arrows player",as well as i believe that the user Scaramunja was talking about your very own statement mentioned above and not about your "gratefulness" i would call it

i'm not British btw as well i didn't mean to offend or anger you so sorry if i did

anyway i agree with you mostly on the tierlist, i just think that cluster tower needs to be higher because of it's potential, it's just that it's hard to get many as they're pretty rare i believe as well as i find the bonus card which turns towers placed next to flags into cluster towers kinda hard to use
