dont bother with VR unless its on PSvr2. PC LCD screens sucks behind.

Yeah but psvr2 sucks badly because of its extreme screen door effect(mura) which kills ALL immersion so in this case the LCD headsets are better.

no way you have never tried the PSvr2....
First there is almost zero screen door effect (it's almost as sharp or equal as the G2) and second mura doesnt bother me at all. I mean some people could be bothered by it and it is noticeable but killing all immersion? Thats BS. You would probably get used to it quickly. Its only really noticeable when its pitch black dark.

For my money the PSvr2 with its Oled and sorta HDR is an outstanding piece of hardware.

You are in denial, the mura is BAD and kills ALL the immersion no matter if its dark or light, face it, the psvr2 sucks.

i have seen that too. that video has been making the rounds a while back and EVERBODY who owns the headset said on reddit (including me) that this video GROSSLY exagerates the mura in this video. Probably due to the way he filmed it off the lenses.....

guy has 1k subscribers by the way....

Dude, the mura is heavy and destroys all immersion, it is possible to make it go away wearing sunglasses but that ruins the colours, i just cant believe sony released this headset with this HUGE fault, if it didnt have the mura it would definitely be the best headset because of OLED HDR but unfortunatly the mura destroys all immersion.

i take that little mura and enjoy black blacks in mindblowing games like Resident Evil 8. (seriously this game alone is almost worth the psvr2)

To each their own, as i said the oled hdr is great but the mura kills the immersion, hopefully sony will have a software fix for it. RE4 VR would be great in it if they fixed the mura.

PSVR2 is very bad simply because PS5 is too weak to handle VR. The amount of reprojection alone ruins the experience. Hopefully the headset will become usable on PC at some point in the future, otherwise it's a colossal waste of money.

That too but the mura is its biggest problem, i doubt it will work on pc.

The screen door effect isn't that bad, about on par with Quest 2. I hate controllers, I can never grip one on first try with the headset on. And the headset itself isn't very comfortable.

The PC driver is in works, though it likely won't be free. The authentication already has been cracked. I'd still gladly pay for the driver.

The excessive reprojection is still the main issue. It's horrible.
