If you already played the OG version and didn't think it was scary, why bother asking "this or Visage" ? just get Visage.
I played the OG versions of LoF 1 and 2 + DLC. I will not be buying them again (this version) Maybe for free I'd play it. Trying to make me rebuy the same sh*t again? no, I'm good. I don't care about how it looks, it's still the same sh*t I already played, minus the little extra story bits.
Not worth it, in my opinion.
Visage, MadiSon, Martha is Dead (not scary but you can cut and peel a face off) , Someday You'll Return: Director's Cut, The Beast inside, Fobia - St Dinfna Hotel, Remothered 1 and 2 (give them a look) Bramble (if you liked Little Nightmares) Project Nightmares Case 36: Henrietta Kedward, Song of Horror, In Sound Mind and this amazing one I have only played the Demo of and fell in love with it, The Mortuary Assistant
my humble opinion on a good game to check out. it's fairly cheap as well.
I must be one of the few people who didn't think the Mortuary Assistant was all that scary and it gets really repetitive fast and the hauntings were more annoying than anything else like at some point it's just like "Can you stop pestering me? I'm trying to work here."
I've only played the demo and fell in love with it quickly. Not scary to me either, I just threw some options out there, well, ones I felt the OP should take a look at.
If I am playing a "haunting" game, I expect to get plenty of "haunts" The way you make it sound, to me, sounds fun lol. The "stop pestering me" part anyways. I just picture an imaginary friend or an illusion only I can see or a voice only I can hear (like Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice) pestering me :) I'll leave the "I'm working here" for the "insert job title" simulators or do it in real life.
Hmm, many things get repetitive, it just depends on how much you are able to tolerate. I hate grinding lol. The game could be repetitive to you but it could also be fun for someone else. I have yet to play the full game so, I guess I'll update you when I find out.
