Writer's Episode 4: Black Screen BUG

At what I think is the end of Writer's Episode 4, when you return back to the typewriter. She says "I need to finish it" and then nothing happens. The screen is black, but you can still hear audio, wind and wood creaking. If I try to walk, you can hear footsteps, you can walk in any direction forever.
I am on an M2 Macbook, and have been able to play the game all the way to this point. I have tried different video settings with no luck, and am sick of having to play this episode over and over.

Hello, I also have a MacBook with M2 and I have the exact problem as you described. Did you find any way to solve it? Ugh, it's so annoying and I won't be able to get a refund. I'm also curious if your game also quitted suddenly while you were playing it, I also had this problem with it.

we’ve checked the game on M2 and unfortunately we couldn’t reproduce this bug.

We suggest to provide:
- the detailed specs of your systems
- configuration of the game that you were using if possible (graphics settings, resolution etc.)
