Hello I play chapter 3 bloody roots and I stuck when I pick up all the heads of the mannequin to put them in a box, in the end the character comes out that we must hide, but it does not interact with anything I am trapped here.

It's a bug, I had the same issue - I think it's because I closed the box after putting the previous head in, I'm not sure. Either way, quitting and reloading from a checkpoint and replaying it seemed to solve it.
