Program loads and I can move around, but after putting HMD on and pointing straight ahead for menu, movie does not run. I clicked the run button but nothing happens...black screen. I am using Vive Pro with Vive wands.

Nothing happens when I follow "hold trigger and release near your face". I can see my trigger moves but the experience is not playing.

On HTC Vive. Have the free dlc installed in steam. The sign at the entrance door says "You will be momentarily connected soon." Never does connect and says my username in steam, like in the main entrance room. Tried doing what instructions say on each exhibit, not working. Tried validating from steam properties....

is it possible to download the videos before launching the application? I don't have the fiber, I have to wait several hours in the living room...
