Unfortunately, we have not been able to reproduce it or hear it from other players. We believe it could be due to having corrupted game saves.
DC's Justice League saves are in the Registry Editor under the following path:
Registry Editor > Computer > HKey Current User > Software> PHL Collective. > DC Justice League .
Before you delete these, we recommend that you uninstall the game, then delete the saves, and reinstall the game after doing this.
Please let us know if this doesn't help solve the problem you're experiencing.

At the moment the only option we have seen that has worked is to delete the saves and reinstall the game.
Were you able to delete the saves, and if so, did you try reinstalling the game after deleting the saves?

This is a horrible implementation. I started the game on a ROG Ally and wanted to switch to my desktop to give my eyes a break. The save was nowhere to be found in the usual locations. Short of exporting that registry key, there's no way to play the game on multiple machines

Unfortunately, if the problem occurred, there is no other option but to delete your saves and restart the game, but the latest patch was created just to fix this issue so when you restart the game and get back to this point you will see there is only one prompt to exit the sewers which will lead you outside and not to a black screen.
