All it says is 'Take control of the iconic Great Western Railways HST and command it to 125mph along the Great Western Main Line out of London's Paddington Main Line Station'.
What it fails to say is 'only as far as Reading', which is where the DLC stops unfortunately.
So how about it DTG? Why doesn't it stop at Cardiff? The store page says nothing about it stopping at Reading :) In fact it even says 'access all areas in Great Western Express.
All sorts of reasons have been put forward for this ever since the first TSW, such as limitations of consoles as it is cross platform, lack of graphical assets etc etc. Although routes were usually longer on Train Simulator, the longest tended to be third party developed (like Just Trains' Great Western Penzance to Paddington).
Some people say they prefer the short routes as they don't want the play session to be too long. As long as there is no save feature I can sympathise with that haha.
ok but a solution would be to split the route into sectors so you can do part of the route but at least the option is there rather than have a route missing half the stations lol
