Pregnancy should lead to some human/creature pet/companion that you can take along with you and help in combat or on your homestead. Once they've grown up.

You can raise them as a companion with the nursery. To get breast milk, press F, and then go to player > milk. Need glass bottles. For the collars, gotta head to the dungeon with the nightmares and werewolves in it, east of the starting village.

Think its bugged, you can however summon the slaves you rescue in the dungeon by using the slave collar in hotbar. I also got an werewolf as companion after having sex with it 4 times. Got an werewolf fang to use to summon it same way as the slave collars.

Not used this much but it could probably be useful
