There are a few ways. All of them require that the partners be compatible, which is shown by having hearts to the left of their name.
Some characters have dialog options that lead to sex. You can also turn on Defeat Sex and lose to a suitable enemy (this takes up grit points, so be careful). Finally, you can start masturbating near a suitable partner and a scene will begin.

You will need one more grit(heart) than the skulls they have.

-simple turn on defeat sex in your setting,

-go to the creature that has a penis and press [y] for masturbation,

-once it starts use your movement buttons for the free cam controls
