how to get game on steam

so when i search up the game on steam i get two wicked islands one says wicked island that says to be announced and the other one says wicked island demo and it says its free but when i click on it the only option i have is to add it to my wish list so what do i do. do i have to go to my wave browser and sign into steam to get it or what do i do pls help

You can download and play Demo, the full game is still in the works. Will be a while until it's done, may even start out in Early Access. If you wishlist then it will remind you when game is fully released with a price tag. Game is far from done there is no full version yet.
