Can't Go Backstage Or Fight In The Crowd In Custom Arenas

Whenever I try to go backstage or fight in the crowd in Custom Arenas that I download from Community Creations or Custom Arenas I make myself, I am not able to fight in the crowd or go backstage at all. This happens in Play Mode and Universe Mode as well. This is a major bug that was present in WWE 2K22 Custom Arenas as well and it was never fixed. I expected this bug to be fixed in WWE 2K23 already. I checked to see exactly where the yellow boxes are in Create An Arena and made sure that there were no objects or props in that yellow box that would deactivate backstage and I also made sure that Falls Count Anywhere was turned on. The video that I linked below on YouTube shows that I confirmed all of that. So when I try to play in-game and go to those areas, it doesn't give me a button prompt to go backstage at all.

I also can't enter the crowd area and fight in the crowd in Custom Arenas. I made sure that the Custom Arenas I download and create have the ability to enter the crowd. I set the Venue to Indoor Sports Arena or The Thunderdome. These are the only two Venues in Create An Arena that allow crowd fighting in the game and it still doesn't work. There is an invisible wall that stops me from entering and fighting in the crowd and I can't jump the barricade to get into the crowd either. The game won't even let me throw my opponent over the barricade and into the crowd when playing in a Custom Arena. I showed evidence of this in the video below as well.

This also happens when you use the default Template 1 in Create An Arena. I didn't modify anything and I just selected Template 1 and saved the Custom Arena. The Venue for Template 1 is the Indoor Sports Arena which is supposed to allow crowd fighting and backstage areas should work for all Custom Arenas. But going backstage in Custom Arenas is broken for all 11 of the default templates included in Create An Arena. I tested each one and they just don't work, this includes the invisible walls that stop me from entering and fighting in the crowd. This also isn't because I am attacking my opponent during their entrance in the video below. Because I show in the video that I attack Apollo Crews long enough with Bobby Lashley that Apollo Crews takes his entrance attire off. So that is not the cause of this rather confusing and frustrating bug, because it still happens even if you play a match for a long time and try to go backstage. If you guys could fix this in another upcoming patch or tell me a workaround that will get the backstage areas and fighting in the crowd working for Custom Arenas I would greatly appreciate it. If I was to come up with a story on that video,
I'd say, Roman Reigns doing his shield entrance, Happy Corbin sneak attacked him in the crowd, ELIMINATED him before he even got to the ring, Hulk Hogan realized what was going on and was eager to get to fight in the crowd too. Happy Corbin got his end of days ready for you Hogan.

That's really cool. How do you do the bug to get in the crowd? Also is there a bug where you can force yourself backstage in Custom Arenas?
