GM Mode (CAW Included) Loading Issue.

I am having issues with GM mode after adding CAWs to my game. I can watch/simulate all the matches without issues, but when I get to the end where it should be showing the summary for the week, the loading screen keep cycling between the WWE logo at the bottom right and the "Press A" options at the bottom left. I've let it go for a while and nothing happens. I tried re-launching the game and not watching any matches, but the same thing happens.

* Note: I've also tried updating my video card drivers to see if it may be related as this is always recommended everywhere I look but this didn't resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, I do not and will not own a console. And since the game is VERY pricey with no longer any options to refund for me, I'd like to see what I can do to fix it on PC.

I downloaded creations, yes. Then created a draft pool with them in it and tried to play gm mode with the creations.

I literally just tried to play a GM mode with CAWs without entering any match, only staying in the "administrative" part, so to speak. I just had the same problem for the fourth time! The match card ends and poof, it gets stuck in an infinite loading loop.

I was talking about matches from the Play area...outside MyGM.

This is exactly what happens to me every single time. Even if I don't "play" or "watch" any of the matches.

Its weird, I had this issue on my first draft of mygm but then started another draft and it suddenly wasnt an issue. Tried recreating the bug but I couldnt, it seemed to work just fine.

The only thing consistent between my crashing versions is I used a "Begginers luck" and the Smackdown power card on week 1. Otherwise I did nothing different.

Tommorow gonna try seeing I just need the first save to exist in a broken state for other save files to work

I contacted 2K support and did all the stuff they asked me to as well as provided the requested info. After some back and forth, they finally landed on saying it's a known issue and their developers are working on fixing it in the next patch.

Hopefully this is actually fixed and not like 2k22 where they abandoned the game and moved on with it being a complete mess.

Specifically saying "in the next patch" sounds incorrect to me. But glad to hear they're looking into it.

You're right, I got this mixed up with another issue from a different game I'm tracking. This was their exact response:

"Thank you for sharing the video, However, I have good news for you is that the appropriate team has been working on this issue and I assure you that they are trying their best to fix the issue as soon as possible. However, we do not have visibility on their progress and therefore don't have a timeline on when a fix will be implemented."
