Save File corrupted, now the game doesn't save anymore on the newly created save game

So thanks to 2k, who can't fix this still, i was graced with a broken save-file.

Ok, no issue, start a new one, download my CAWs again and replay showcase and myrise. So what is happening now? The save file doesn't save any progress. After one Showcase match it crashed immediately and upon restart, it greets me with a clean save without even saying it's corrupted.

Anything i can do or anyone that has a similar issue? Bc if this is not fixable i'm done the 2k games for the forseeable future

EDIT: Verification of the file integrity was clean, so no issue there

Managed to fix it myself now by going to the following file directory:

C/Program Files (x86)/steam/userdata/Your Steam ID/1942660 and deleting the savefile. After entering Steam and the game, i did some changes, turned the game off again, then on and this time it saved the changes.

Should keep this here in case someone else runs into this issue aswell.

And now i leanred to always backup saves manually, which is ridiculous tbh, bc it's not the users responsibility if 2k still hasn't fix this save corruption for...what 3-4 years now?

It doesn't work for me brother.
I'm trying to delete everything 2K23 related but it simply doesn't' work, I'm starting brand new everytime I'm playing.

Hey thanks for helping! It worked and we been fighting this for 3 days now! And for anyone else, remember the save data after finding the 1942660 folder.
