Custom Portraits are to large

So I play on ps5 and i have made some AI Renders for my CAWS but they are MASSIVE, I've seen people make them with smaller pictures, I've dont 1024x1024, 512x512, and even 480x480, and nothing is helping to make them smaller. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG.

Same boat, for me it's a case of opening in photo editor and shrinking the image layer to half the size of the selected import, game handles the transparency maps.
