Game not launching...

I reinstalled steam as stated in the 2k troubleshoot that they keep making me open up and the game launched the first time, then after that it doesn't work anymore, I also don't have any mods installed.

cpu Amd ryzen 5 3600

To add on to that the game opens but just closes after like 10 seconds, no game pop ups I just see in task manager then it closes.

The same thing happens to me, my browser open and goes to the same page as you

I found a temporary solution but it can be a really annoying process...basically I went into my steam folder> then I went into the steam apps folder and I deleted appmanifest_1942660 this makes you reinstall the game (not download just makes you validate the game files when you click install) and you gotta do this every single time..

No, the game still not open and i still redirected to the 2k website

I don't really have many apps and what not im on a new pc with basically only games n stuff.

so I seemed to fix it but once again whenever it doesn't work I have to delete the appmanifest again then its rinse and repeat every now and then.
