when going on the turnbuckle if you walk up to it and tap R1/RB youll go to the second turnbuckle. If you hold that button down you'll climb on the top turnbuckle. You can also sprint run with the Left trigger and run into the corner to automatically jump onto the top turnbuckle, In my experience it's slightly faster to do it that way
You can also dive out of the ring by pressing R1/RB while standing beside the ropes on the side of the ring. After your character grabs the ropes with his hands you can press either attack button to jump out to attack the other Superstar. That works when the opponent is inside or outside the ring but you have to be in the ring to do them. Fair warning, if you attempt one of those and miss you're gonna get hurt badly
Diving in and out of the ring is moveset specific with it being most common in high flyers and strikers, some powerhouses can do it as well. To perform the move you have to be sprinting towards the ropes with the left trigger and press either A/X or B/Square.
There is no auto stand up. You can use your Blue meter like you mentioned but that's the only way to make yourself get up after a big hit or something. Otherwise you just gotta wait. Although if the AI is attacking you and you're not stunned you can counter his attacks and counters usually get you up immediately.
