Game locked to 48 fps fullscreen

for some reason gameplay is stuck at 48 fps. solid 60 when in windowed. any idea why?

Does it make the movement slower? Because I'm sure it does. Unplayable for me. Most of the time its 60 FPS then out of nowhere 48 fps. But ALWAYS 48. Not 47, not 44, not 45. 48. Very strange.

do you run 2 monitors? or more?

Yes! And running it borderless window

Do you have a Nvidia GPU? Do you have G-Sync Enabled?

I also run multiple monitors, and there have been times where G-SYNC was causing framerate issues with Borderless/Windowed games.

Try turning off G-SYNC.
