MyGM - How to save and leave mid week?

So, when playing MyGM, I have to play and/or simulate every single match of every brand before the game allows me to save? Is there really no way to save and leave the game mid week?

Man, it's so annoying that they did it like this. If I wanted to spectate every show of every GM (not saying I would want to do that every week, but it might be fun occasionally), you basically have to set aside a whole day for it. Really lame and disrespectful of the players' time.
