How's Career Mode?

I LOVED career mode last year, for the first time since like Here Comes the Pain. This year, is career mode have choices or is it Linear like it has been in previous titles?

still linear. veiled choices with the same outcomes.

I assume this is about MyRISE. I thought it was pretty great. You have a story, you live through it, and at the end, it ends. Your objective is never to complete everything and you never have to do crazy matches like 8-man ladder. I think for this mode at least, they listened to feedback.

I'd like a more in depth view on this. Is the career/season mode like smack down vs raw series of games with random events, the ability for AI to make stables or you ask ect? The latest WWE game ive played is WWE2k19 and to be honest it just didn't feel fun. I was stuck with the stupid mycareer character and there was no seasonal mode with random events. Smackdown vs raw series was so fun.

I refuse to pay for a step backwards in a seasonal gameplay from what SD,SDvR and how fun and random it could be. Maybe if WWE2k ever brings back what actually worked then i'll buy their game.
