Same with custom attire. 2 chapters before you can use it.
And the announcers still call him the lock during entrances and victories, even after you (finally) get rid of that attire.
Also, everyone seems vampires, their eyes are super black.
I've just finished the legacy. No problems for me.
The characters are mostly done well, including who they use for the various matches. But there are a few blatant errors that should have been caught with playtesting... or just story reviewing.
1. There's a subplot in which you retire a wrestler (banish them from the WWE), but then you see them not long after as if nothing happened.
2. The champion is a very odd choice. Why did they pick her? Lol
3. There's a subplot in which you dress up with a fake title for a match, and the screen and announcers actually call you the champion. They clearly wanted the entrance and the entrance is linked to that audio announcing.
There are probably some more in the Legacy that I missed, and some in The Lock, which I haven't played through yet. But mostly minior nit picks. For a videogame, the story is pretty well done, if quite bloated with filler.
