Custom Titantron Video Making Need Help

I'm trying to make a Titantron Video for my CAW using 2 pieces of images that used to be 1024x512 as a whole image and now they are 2 512x512 images. Trying to make them match and be perfect but searching on youtube, the console versions are different to PC.

How many pixels so I move on the dpad for the height and width and how should I move the images so they are matching like they would be as a whole image?
