My gm custom draft issue

So im trying to make a custom draft, watched someone do it on youtube, basically what im trying to do for a playthrough needs me to change some legend characters from legend to active. On the video i watched the guy managed it fine but for me almost all of the legend characters have a padlock on them and i cant change it, am i doing something wrong? do i need a dlc?

If you have the standard edition you need to unlock the legends with points you earn in exibition and universe mode. Deluxe and Ultimate pack have them all unlocked from the start. It will cost you about 1k points per legend. A 5 star exibition match will make you 750 points. hope this helps

Buying the $5 supercharger dlc will unlock all of them immediately, as well as the other championship belts, arenas, etc. Only things still locked after that are from certain game modes that you need to play through first

This might not be strictly true. I have dexlue and the same issue. You have to play through both of the myrise modes and showcase. You can only unlock them in those modes

i haven't played MyRise yet but the showcase goes fairly quick and just put it on easy difficulty. that way you can get the unlocks.

I bought the standard edition & then purchased supercharger dic and it unlocked everyone/everything other than the "27" Cena's from Showcase and any other alternates from that mode as well as Ezequiel from MyUniverse. That's off the top of my head. But, maybe you and OP have a glitch or something. Maybe verify the files?
