Can we stream with the music enable or do we need to use the stream mode?
Like on youtube. But what if we choose not to monetize a video. Can we use the music then?

Cause to be honest.I seen what it looks like without the music and the game is just bland... I hope that this is allowed and if the music is licensed by wwe 2k games.

i think you need to use streamer mode. but i am not sure. i assume you would get a copyright violation.

why would it be bland without the music? its the first thing i shut off.

I shut off the jukebox, but leave the music volume up for entrances.

not sure bout twitch but on youtube if you don't care about monetization you can have music enabled what will happen is you will get a notification/email saying your video has copyrighted content but the owner allows this content to be used any ad revenue will go to the original owner all i got is 390 subscribers so i never worry about this.

it depends on the platform your using. if you enable music you should credit all the artist that played in the video, as this is what youtubers do for games like rocksmith

i know some twitch streams that play metalica with rocksmith but i do not know how they credit the artist im sure there is a way

This is 100% wrong. Just because you give credit to a song does not mean you are free from copyright. The whole point of why music is copyrighted is so no one can use a persons art in their own way and be able to monetize their own content. Also all the music in the game is copyrighted.
Fair use is only used when doing reviews and such. So if you're playing the game, most likely, you aren't reviewing the music in the game. Even if you were, you can't have majority of the song playing.

When it comes to YT, it's simple, you can't use it. You will be demonetized or risk getting sections of your video muted. The only way around this is to have a patreon or a 3rd party website where viewers can donate money.

Twitch is a little more tricky. You still are not allowed to play copyrighted music. But with so many streamers, it's hard for companies or even twitch mods to police everything that is happening. So playing copyrighted music while live can be tricky. But most likely will go unnoticed. But with only so many strikes allowed, sometimes its better not to risk it.
Biggest issue twitch looks for is when it goes to video on demand. Most streamers will not record their livestreams because of this. Even if they do, twitch will still mute it.

TLDR: You simply can not use copyrighted music. There will be consequences in one way or another.

Wow bigshot.
Say if 390 each gave you $10
thats $3900!
Its your money and you want it now!

I think the only entrance may have to look out for is like Bad Bunny, not sure if its his song or something. I think this is more of a platform or look at federal laws than it is with 2K's say on it. But I guess this is the right place to ask.

From my limited understanding on YouTube, you'll get a copyright flag with the message that the user allows it to be on YT. Depending on if you're monetized(I'm not as I only have 33 subscribers on my channel), the owner may put ads in your videos as compensation as a result. Now, I did run into a problem with Hogan's(big surprise there lol) "Real American" music, because BME group isn't allowing their stuff to be seen/used in Russa due to the war. So, I did select the option to have that whopping 2 minutes it played be silent on my vid

Let me add that I turned off the jukebox songs and am using my custom entrance music playlist
