my rise keyboard stuck

the game locks the controls onto to keyboard and i don't know what to do about it is there a setting button i missed?
-update I turned on the controller before i booted up the game and that worked thanks for the help

Try to connect the controller first before starting the game.

Known bug, use big picture mode to start the game. After you get through the first match things will be normal again. This bug is only present with the first match of that mode.

You cannot chat in text in this game, it will dissolve the controller. basically it is shut up and wrestle without Steam Chat which breaks controller support. If this is not the issue, do Big Picture Mode Overlay (Steam Settings BPM overlay in Steam Settings in-game menu).

If this fails update Windows (but watch your Ram Mhz if using Ryzen CPU)

I had to enable BPM overlay while using xbox controller in previous WWE 2K titles (it more so appears using Sony controllers).

you have to make sure your controller is connected before you launch game otherwise it happens :)
