Can't log into Image Uploader

Well, I've been trying to log into 2K's Image Uploader Tool for a few days now to no avail. Every time I try it, the browser displays a page that says "An unknown error occurred, sorry for the inconvenience" and that's it. I've tried to log in through three different browsers, through my phone, using Private mode and even deleting all cookies from one fo the browsers, but it never works.

Might be something wrong with my Steam Account? It's the only thing I can think of after trying almost everything else, and 2K Customer Support is not helping much.

Can't sign in to WWE2K

I have been trying to upload custom iamges through the WWE2K website, but every time I try to sign in using my steam account I get a screen that reads "An unknown error occurred, sorry for the inconvenience." Is there anything I could do? Thanks

2k picture upload issue ?!

Whenever I sign in to the website to upload a picture it gives me this message

"An unknown error occurred, sorry for the inconvenience."

It's happened to me a couple of times before, too, and in my experience has resolved itself after some time passes.

Same here. I tried unlinking and linking my 2K account on the website and nothing. In the game for some reason it's stating that I'm not connected to my 2k account and every time I attempt to login it says I am "successful", but doesn't show my 2k account name nor does it actually sign in.

I'm having the same problem. It worked fine for months until I decided to sign out and sign back in, now I get the "An unknown error occurred, sorry for the inconvenience." error

CANT LINK 2K ACCOUNT IN GAME

I have been trying for HOURS to link my 2K account so I can use Cross Platform Community Creations but every time i try to link my account. It goes through the entire process and even says that it Linked successfully but when i go back to the home screen. It never linked anything and when I press Y to open the 2K Link stuff again. I Have to log in again but it does the same thing. I have tried unlinking and relinking on the 2K website but that made no difference whatsoever.

Same problem..it's worked before but last night and now again tonight it won't let me sign in and I get that same error

Yes. And they have responded with 2 different methods, both of which haven't worked. So they told me to send a video of what it's doing and I sent that around 11 PM EST. Waiting to hear back in the morning I guess.

also i also cant use the image up-loader i wonder if its connected can you still use the image up-loader?
