WWE 2k23 Crashing on Launch

I was able to download the game fine but everytime I try to open it, it crashes within 10 seconds. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have verified the files, reinstalled, and everything and it keeps crashing.

yup done the same thing, installing it on my laptop to see if it runs on that.

Launches on my laptop fine, but for some reason my desktop does not want to launch it.

What are your specs?

installed on a ssd

I'm not having any problems. So far running very smoothly.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) - i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz
Installed RAM - 32.0 GB
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 TI
Installed on a SSD

Its odd because its running bad lol it just crashes on launch no error or anything no splash either
I looked in Eventviewer and all its says is

Faulting application path: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\WWE 2K23\WWE2K23_x64.exe
Faulting module path: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\WWE 2K23\WWE2K23_x64.exe

Not sure if that helps

Could the problem be that I updated to Windows 11? Mine is still crashing, I am reinstalling it again now

Has anyone gotten the game to work on Steam and if so how did you do it?

I'm having the same issue. I hit play in steam, goes to launching then nothing. I had the same issue with 2k22 and seemed to happen after a windows update. I'm still using windows 10 though. Going to try to update my drivers again and retry.

Is there anyway I can go back to Windows 10, maybe it is the update because I updated my PC right before I got the game
