That one new elite is busted
The one that starts spawning enemies from thin air right around him after the first mutation. Its nearly impossible to kill for any class at any wave, and if you get it at first elite wave youre all but dead on majority of builds.

It spawns way way too many enemies on its own, that needs to be reduced by like 75% to bring it into balance with other elites.

Another pretty ridiculous new elite is that one that does quick charges. You can just die instantly from its first charge as it stays hanging around you. Charge -> hit -> get gibbed by its hitbox.

The "pinata" elite is consistently the hardest to actually kill but if you just leave it alone to spawn dudes it's basically 300ish materials for nothing, and any half decent melee build can gib white mobs infinitely. Gun builds are pretty screwed though, but I think gun builds have been bad on anything but Jack (and now Renegade) for a while.

The cooler charger elite which has the tentacle attack pattern is kinda harsh it's true.

Ranger still rocks and so does Hunter, for gun builds

I agree with OP, the amount of enemies that elite creates is kinda ridiculous :P it seriously needs some rebalancing :)

I have to agree: ran into it with the Ravager and it generates enemies up to the enemy cap super quickly. It should probably generate a set number of enemies per percentage of its max hp it loses, not just a constant stream of them no matter what. That simultaneously would stop it from being able to just body-block ranged builds while also stopping you from farming the spawned enemies.

While I find the new ennemies ok I don't like that it lag the game, quitting the game normaly also crash GODOT engine.......
