high cost. You usually don't have unique weapons. Or maybe occasionally you have 1, maximum 2 such weapons. Who cares about +5/10% AS in that case?

is anybody taken such items? It could be ok, but it reduces your speed/damage/speed.

high cost, -speed. The instant attraction useless in 99% cases.

high price, ~30 hp regen - it should be good if you have zero regen/lifesteal, no consumables bonus heal, but it doesn't. Such regen is too low for late game, and you lose heal from consumables.
Triangle of Power - "+20% Damage, -2% Damage until the end of the wave when you take damage". It is hard to not take damage later in game when enemies everywhere. So you probably will have less dmg with this item :D
Barricade is somewhat usable on Chunky, you "stay still"/stutterstep stuff often enough for it to proc and he doesn't care about speed debuff.
And of course if you have some Monkeys, or other Luck/mat based items going on, it gets even better
Similar with how blood donation screws with healing from consumables plan -- you cannot leave those for later as they get auto-picked up when you take damage.

This is a risky item if you play melee, but for high dps ranged builds its pretty good. I just recently finished a Ranger run where I didnt take damage once after wave 17, I took two of these for waves 19-20.
Triangle of Power is worth it if you get hit at most once per round, maybe two, on a build that scales well from dmg%
