Has anyone won builder D5

I have now won with almost everyone on Abyss D5, but Builder is really giving me trouble. He just feels horrible no matter what I do, best was a rocket launcher run, but that is very random to get.

I had a pattern of slingshot -> pick up all materials until wave 6 -> leave enough for a second projectile -> upgrade slingshot to red (don't buy more than 8 anyhow, turret scales with your best weapon) -> pick up most materials and buy some defensive/engineering -> let turret eat up to 3/4 projectiles.
Worked for me even without lucky swaps to better weapons, you can even splice some hands/tasers in free slots.

Twice.
First time: in beta with laser guns and a lucky cursed chain gun at the end.
Second time: after the release of the DLC, using only laser guns and revolvers

^^Pretty much the same, non-slingshot builds have been trickier as competing against full damage map wide bounces is kinda rough battle.
