Its that easy.
Max dodge quickly. Get any 6-9+% dodge level ups until you max, use all ethereal weapons,
As for shopping, prioritize rerolling the shop for ghost weapons. Ideally, you'll have two of each kind by the run's end. At any point you can buy a wander bot, DO SO. The more, the better.
Also ideally, you should have your dodge maxed out by about wave 16. Godspeed.
max dodge (obviously)
stack health (because if dodge doesnt proc then its going to hurt; this is why it was easier pre regen change)
ignore armour completely (or rather view it as a freebie on stuff with -armor, you arent going to be able to take it back to reasonable levels and at -100 you barely impact it if you increase or decrease it)
Still haven't done on any of the others yet but yea, ghost was quite easy. Think I ended with like 200% damage, 180% Attack Speed and like 30% lifesteal? XD
Oh yea, I also went full Ethereal items and hit 110% dodge (only 90% actually works)
That extra dodge is nice if you get the hoodie that gives attack speed based on dodge.
