Also Getting the fruits and making them explode helps a lot too (explosion size etc)
Exactly. SMG's are OP for this character.
Here's my today's win where I on purpose ignored two Sausages game proposed to me. At wave 16 I took Rip and Tear not because I needed it but because I love it. I heard you can't use Frozen Heart as it will convert your weapons damage to elemental which is too bad as increased burning length is what is needed for proper cooking.

A weapon with 80% ranged scaling would now be 80% ranged 20% elemental.
A weapon with 100% elemental scaling would now be 120% elemental scaling.
Just tried the SMG Chef. What's wrong with you guys? Why would you want to make the character unnecessary hard? Not only you need to roll for SMGs you also need to upgrade it and you lose melee AOE ability. Couldn't even finish past wave 11 but honestly wanted to drop this run anyway because how useless it is even with two Sausages. Chopper in contrast is strong enough to cut these sashimi cold even (which is expected to think of it).
Frozen Heart on Chef is 100% a horrible idea.
