Builder is unfun.

Idk how it is for others but the builder seems like he is only designed to be challenging. Ive tried with Bricks and never could get him going. The Bricks dont offer enough money to get something substantial going. The only way i can play and win with him are revolvers. But the main problem with him are waves. A wave in round eleven will always kill me, bc im not getting money bc the turret needs it but if i dont get money i cant reroll and updgrade my weapons. On waves i cant defend myself(-75% dmg reduction) and the turret also cant. Waves arent the only thing that kills this charcter very quick a simple blobfish is enough to piece him into shreds. 20 Harvesting isnt enough to balance him in a proper way. Hes too squishy and its frustrating to always die by being swarmed. Give some other stats maybe some structure attack speed when standing still idk.

Builder turret scales with your best weapon.

You just need to get one red and eventually fill the slots with hands, tasers or whatever support things won't interfere with the turret.

Try out slingshot, it is prob the most consistent weapon to get to 20 on the guy.

Builder revolver is most OP character in whole game, by 11 revolver turret whould shred bosses in like 5 seconds, you stay near it and pretty much untouchable. first 5 waves go around and pick up every material buy more revolver, merge 2 to blue, later to purple and red, then only pick materials till half timer of wave

I got 6 Revolvers on builder and before the first elite/boss wave I would at least combine as many of them as necessary for 1 red one. Otherwise grab the money the first 5ish rounds, build harvesting and then let the turret have the materials until it is maxed out (ofc it is fine to grab some materials along the way as well especially if you have a great item in the shop). Don't upgrade weapons further then white (except the 1 red weapon) and the rest should be fairly easy.
