If your stuck just do a search for some play throughs...theres a bunch of them and im sure you can find one for any character your having trouble with.

Maybe try with the doctor, buy 6 medical guns then upgrade your attack speed, normal and ranged damage, evade and character speed. With this character you don't have to uprade a lot your healing at first

In general, try to have a good character speed and evade so you dodge more easily, and also try to have only ranged or only melee weapons so you just focus on one stat and can "sacrifice" the other one

I finished danger 5 exactly like this, so it should work for danger 3

Why blame the game? Just keep trying and experimenting with characters. Or you are used to spend 10 bucks on a bundle and go ahead with items?

best advice i can give you is to allways have 80 hp so you can take 2 hits at least from final bosses never go low on armor and only put your rest into 4 or 5 stats that fit the charakter most. This is the main key to winning most of the charakters in my opinion and i can safely say thanks to that i was able to win every charakter on tier 5
