Tips to winning difficulty 4

As in title. Seems like way harder than 3.
And which character would be "easiest" for 4, maybe even 5?

Pacifist with 6 hands, 60 dodge, 20+ armor, around 150 HP and as high hp regen as you can get.

Waves 1-15 I was running in circles. Waves 16 - 20 I was just standing at the middle of the arena and doing nothing. I was very lucky with 2 Medkits and Adrenaline, but if you don't find them, just continue running in circles and it will be ok.

This build doesn't require any skill and I think is the easiest. You just run away from the enemies. And since you don't care about doing damage, you may focus purely on HP and defensive stats and make them grow really high.

Yeah I tried that build after watching someone on youtube do it, fun indeed!

This is cool, but there is a way to make things even more consistent. After you get the harvesting to a nice spot you can start replacing the hands with scissors or even better saws, very easy way to get insane regeneration trough life steal.

Everything else stands. lots of armor, dodge and HP and its pretty easy :D.

I found that some waves can be a bit tricky. There is a certain enemy which when despawns spawns small enemies which shoot bullets and without good regen they can wittle you down. That is why I think having scissors or saws for life steal is an easy fix.


Oh one thing is missing in your post. Speed. Speed is kind of pretty important as well :).

But yea... Pacifist one of the easiest characters to win on Danger 5 most waves can be defeated by running in circles :D.

Try Engineering Explorer. It's basically reliant on getting Pocket Factory but once you do then you end up with a large number of free turrets which should be enough to kill everything apart from bosses. After that Engneering + Luck + Defensive Skills can take you to D5 completion.

I just did farmer run on 5 ended with 198% attack speed 38% damage 3 Pruners and 3 nuke launchers and was getting 1800 mats at the end of wave 19. You just have to snowball. There is a few guides.

Easy way to win use the 12 weapon guy and buy sticks. They get bonus damage for every other stick you have get 12 sticks.
