Does attack speed affect turrets?

It does not affect Turrets.
Only exception(for now):
There is an Item that you can Unlock when you win a run as Cyborg, that reduces the cooldown of structures scaling with 50% of your Attack Speed

Other than Engineering, primary stats like attack speed, damages, life steal etc dont affect any constructs like turrets. But secondary stats do, so if you get an item that gives you +1 pierce, that will affect turrets that fire projectiles
