Game Full Screens At the Bottom Right of the Screen

It makes it so I can't play the game at all!

Not quite sure what the problem is, at least i can't imagine what you mean.

However tips to deal with window/fullscreen issues.
Alt + Return - Toggle between Window/Fullscreen
Win + Arrow Keys - Move windows in that direction

All Alt + Enter does is make me play the game, but since most of the screen is submerged, it means I can't click any of the buttons.

Win + Arrow keys does literally nothing!

Ah sorry, Alt + Enter does not work for all games. Did'nt test beforehand.

When in MainMenu
Down 2x Return 4x Down Return -> then you will be in windowed at least

I have had this problem when I have had a browser also open; so I force close the game and then shutdown the browser and re-open the game, and it seems to fix it.

I have this happen from time to time, usually when I click away from the loading screen before it fully loads. I can fix it by switching it to windowed mode and then back to fullscreen, then it recenters.

the resolution your using does not fit the screen. Go to nvidia control panel and adjust screen to fit then take note of the new resolution size and find it ingame

Yeah, had that issue with a mod. Changing between window and full-screen fixed it

it happens when game is starting and some reason focus was moved from game to another application. one of solution is clicking by mouse in game's window. if it helped I'm quiting and launching it again. usually, from 2nd or 3rd launch it' launching correctly
