Hardest Danger 5 so far?

For me it's been LICH (took me around 6-8 good hours to beat Danger 5 with him) and It's been even harder since I'm playing with almost no unlocks (I pretty much jumped straight to D5 once I unlocked it)

Saver is ridiculously difficult, more difficult than farmer. Those are the hardest I have tried yet. I even avoid the piggybank on other characters now in D5, because it gets me killed so often.

Currently on day 3 of attempting D5 Hunter with crossbows. Just can not figure it out. Always get overwhelmed on the horde stage no matter what I try. Last run I took every single possible attack speed buff I could get and it still wasn't fast enough to clear. Honestly have no idea what I'm doing wrong, I have a bunch of other D5 clears that were WAY easier.

Edit: Had a very promising run just now, full crit +1 pierce and good AS, until I got one shot by an enemy that spawned next to me and immediately charged me :) I don't think i've ever hated and enjoyed a game so much at the same time

I have about 1/3 of the classes done at D5, but the hardest for me that I haven't cleared yet is One-Armed.

Hardest that I HAVE cleared is probably Loud I guess?

Loud is super easy, just go ghost items.
I found One Armed to be a bit rngish.
If you get piercing it's fine.

I feel you. I had a golden run with double bearded baby and +1 bounce with 6 crossbows. Essentially oneshotting everything. Took a oneshot by a red charger at wave 19 that spawned in my back...

For OP, saver, hunter and jack are the hardest.

Saver because you need to be very lucky on items, spending even the tiniest amount of money on reroll cost you a lot of damage end game.

Hunter and jack just because of the idiotic spawn algorythm that one shots you even with godlike runs.

I'm D5 complete appart from these 3.

Easier than you think, just spam hands and tasers and stack defense.

Honorary mention for Soldier though, suuuper fun dealing with bosses and elites that chase you down relentlessly and sit on top of you

No, I got my D5 Lich win within a few days of unlocking it. Cryptid was my fastest unlock -> D5, but Lich is a close contender.

I didn't mean hard as in "can't win," but as in "requires the most effort" - I figured out the obvious ghost path early on but I just meant I had to move around and dodge stuff a lot lol.

One of the easiest danger 5s there is.

Personally I find Ghost to be the worst, -100 Armor means you get one shot by anything and there's basically no way to mitigate it. Sure you can get up to 90% dodge, but that still leaves a 1/10 chance that you just die.

Go full damage Ghost you will one shot everything+ stacking HP from the staff and a bit of Leech and you're good to do
