how can i reset the game progress?

I want to know how to delete my progress and start from scratch

In case you didn´t get your Answer already:

1. Turn off Cloud Save for Brotato
2. Go to Your PC > C > User > your username > AppData > Roaming > Brotato > 765611.... (damn long Number)
The Folder AppData could be hidden
3. I deleted save.json, save_latest.json, save_stable.json and steam_autocloud.vdf
4. Start Brotato and close it again
5. Turn Cloud Save on
6. Choose "Use local Save"

All unlocks are gone, you´re good to go.
