- Vampire Survivors.
- Pickle Pete.
Same level:

Free game you could test:
- Vampire no survivors
The genre would likely include "single stick shooter" in there somewhere.
VS has passive power scaling that makes the games progressively easier each time you load into a map.. Its also beyond broken and has no difficulty what so ever.
Brotato on the other hand has no passive power scaling which makes the game remain fairly difficult.
As I have been unlocking and beating lvl 0 with each Brotato, I am unlocking new items that make future runs easier with better equips.
Unlocks are not really "better", it gives you rather more options unlike most VS-likes, which gives you often raw Stats. You can beat D5 in Brotato without any unlocks. Don't think that's possible in most VS-likes, (however I did not try).
That's the same with Brotato: You unlock characters and items that can make you stronger, Brotato along Vampire Survivors is as easy or as hard as you want it to be.
Of course VS is easy if you play a character with millions golden eggs just like Brotato is easy in D0 with all difficulty sliders to the minimum, it's all about options.
You should talk about things you know because last time you've said that you went afk after 5 minutes on the hardest difficulty yet you didn't even pick inverse mode lmao.
You've said: "In VS you can on highest diffuculty, with max curse, with weapon limit 1, go AFK 5 mins into the game. It is so easy that you can AFK on HIGHEST DIFF. What do you wanna argue next, i should banish all item, and not pick anything, run into enemies to die voluntarily, just to prove the point that theoretically the game can be hard? "
Yet the hardest difficulty is:
- Map: Bone zone
- 1 weapon max
- No golden egg
- No arcanas
- inverse mod
- No limit break
- No merchant
- max curse and no other power up
- Hyper mode
- go afk after 5 minute as azrael said
- No mod, no cheating obviously
And for some reason you didn't do it despite saying VS is easy, I wonder why
So it's like if you said Brotato D5 182% is easy but it's because you used a mod that make your character OP.
VS Progression is Stats
Brotato Progression is Item/Characters.
Stats will make the game easier, every run.
Item/Characters give rather more options, and also because of RNG you may not get unlocked item. Item could also not fit into build. So, does not mean that the run will be easier.
Items and weapons change stats of your characters.
You can change ennemies stats in-game and you also have mods, meaning that just like VS you can make Brotato as easy or as hard as you want it to.
That is why Vampire Survivors and Pickle Pete are in the same cagetory as Brotato.
