Here, watch what I'm doing with Brawler and just copy that and you should clear all Dangers relatively easily.

Waves 1-5 focus on getting some economy started (Luck or harvest or both), while getting as many of your desired weapons as you can, and a few key items like Trees or Bag.
Until wave 14-15 or so, focus on getting more DPS, as much as you can while still getting some key non-DPS items like more Trees, and Piggy Bank. Near the end of this phase you can also pick up some defensive options (for example a tier 3 Dodge or Armor level up if there's nothing else available and you dont want to reroll)
Last waves go hard on getting Dodge and Armor. Thats the general plan for most classes, works very effectively. The key part is that you keep killing efficiently and never have to start running for your life, because then you will fall behind in economy and eventually get overrun.
I mean I can walk down, with Keys and Aim Up with mouse. (rare case when using manual aim tho)
But why? Your mouse has to physically move to where your character walks to. A joystick is much smoother/more intuitive in that regard.
If we were talking about aiming I would of course agree with you 100%. But movement? Joystick is just better.
