Maybe you should also take a look at the things that were buffed in the patch instead of only looking at the things that were nerfed. Enemy damage was reduced significantly for starters. The changes to armor and dodge were obviously made with that in mind.
It doesn't matter. Fireball spam is real and there really isn't "skillful" play after wave 8. Your potato either got the god rolls, or you die.
IIRC only the boss damage was reduced the actual mob enemy damage was increased (D3 onwards)
I think instead of damage increases enemy numbers increasing would be a better difficulty modifier. It does the same thing without one buffed rogue enemy taking out two thirds of your health in one hit.
You are talking about Wave 14 and 15. If you have this problem, you are building bad... Go for more damage to be able to clear. (Some potatoes could struggle anyways, or are not supposed to clear)
THIS
Nope. At that point you need to have good stats to continue the run. A glass cannon build can make it that far with a bit of luck.
Not sure, what you mean. Just saying that you need a certain amount of damage at wave 14 to not get overwhelmed.
